where are the run/junit targets stored?

I copied a project file (just the .ipr), but when I opened it
(with 3.0.5), the runnable targets and junit targets are not
present.

Since I assume there is some rational reason for not putting
them in the project file (which is where I would like it),
can anybody tell me how to get them to tag along when I copy
a project file??

TIA,
Chris

They are stored in iws file (local project related configuration).
