Behat/Gherkin how to define steps?

Hi,

When creating a feature file all steps in Scenario is marked as "Undefined step reference"
Under Settings->Inspections->Cucumber->Undefined step it says:

Highlights steps in Cucumber .feature files which do not have a matching      step definitions.
Use a quick-fix to automatically create a new step      definition.
--SNIP--

Using ALT+Enter does not give the create new step definition option.

Is there another way to do this or to import the output from "behat -dl"
