New forms don't appear in project...

For some reason on my home installation of 944, when ever I add a new form
to a project, the .form file never actually gets added to the project,
which causes issues with the code weaving ( no form in project so no
weaving ).

Same version runs fine at work.... anyone know what might be the issue?
