Closing the file by double-clicking the tab Follow
Hi,
I think it could be a convenient way for closing a file by double-clicking it's tab (the way it's done in Avant browser). Currently, I can do it either by pressing Ctrl+F4 or right-clicking the tab and choosing "Close".
If I could just double-click the tab ...
Thank you !

I would prefer that each tab includes an "x"-Button to close a tab, like it is available in JBuilder and Eclipse. With double-click it might be too often that you close a tab by accident.

That's the point - I would really like it to close on middle button click but on my mouse this button is bound to double-click .. Ok, Shift-Click does it's job pretty well.
And remember that not all mice have a middle button.

Lotus Notes closes a window by double-right-clicking anywhere in the window. This avoids having to find the tab to double-click or shift-click on it.
It's one of the few features of Notes that I like, and if IDEA also had it, that would be cool.
+1 for a x-button on the tab AND shift-click to close a file! has somewhere post a feature-request for these two things in the tracker?
Where is the SHIFT button ?

STRG!!!
Right-Click -> Close works fine and very fast for me.
-1 on any effort that may save at best 5 seconds per day.
