Valid attributes in build.xml shown in red

Trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I have a build.xml file
that was working fine a 1/2 hour ago. Now parts of it are showing in red
in the editor. For example...

]]>

"name" and "location" are in RED and the tool tip says "attribute
is not allowed here".

Even though the text is shown in red, the Ant targets work.

I'm using build 823 on Red Hat Linux 9.
