Possible to code complete on jsp tags?

I was curious if there was a way to use code completion like that used on
JAVA classes for JSP tag libraries? Thus if I wrote <mytag: then after the :
there should be a list of functions available to me. To my understanding,
the functions including their descriptions are in the associated .tld file
for that tag so all IntelliJ would have to do is parse that for code
completion.

Is this feature somehow already in IntelliJ and I am missing it or is it
something we could add?

This is already available in 3.0.1 if you have your web application
configured correctly.

I have the web application setup properly I think. when I write out JSP
tags, IntelliJ correctly validates whether the action name immediately
following the <tag: is correct but it won't popup a list of possible action
names.... I have the project using the web.xml file in the web-inf
directory.
Is there anything I am missing?

Thanks,
