#647: adding EJB relationship gets stuck
I added a EJB relationship, deleted it, and since then I cannot add any relationships anymore. When I click "OK" on the "create Entity Bean Relationship"-Dialog, the ok-button is greyed out, and the dialog stays there forever (... ok,until I hit cancel).
I attached a thread dump and my ejb-jar.xml.

some additional comments:
I can recover from this when - after hittig ok for the first time - I change anything in the dialog (unchecking and checking again of some checkbox), and then hit ok again. Then the dialog closes and the relationship is added.
