#635 Refactoring EJBs

Hi

I don't know if this is a bug but if I refactor - > move a class that makes
up part of an EJB set of files the ejb-jar.xml file is not updated.
Consequently the file disappears from the EJB window. Even if I still want
it to be part of the EJB set, and have just decided to move the class to
another package.
