Commercial license or personal license

Hi,

Our company wants to buy a license for PhpStorm for 3 developers. It is not clear to me if we can use 1 commercial license for all developers or have to buy 3 commercial licenses or 3 personale licenses. The developers will use PhpStorm at the same time. I noticed that 3 personal licenses would be much cheaper as 3 commercial licenses. Could someone explain what is the best choice in this case.

So if I want to use phpStorm at desktop and laptop I need to buy commercial license?

You're able yo use personal license both at your desktop and at the laptop, but not at the same time.
See License Agreement for PhpStorm Personal License, clause #4a.
