invalid links when including file
when I include a file (not located in my webroot) into my index-file I get a "could not resolve <directory, image or whatever>"
is there anyway to work around this?

Can you be more specific and provide some code example/screenshot, please ?
But generally speaking -- if it's about references to images/js/css files then try marking parent folder of such folder as Resource Root (be it via "Settings | Directories" or via context menu in Project View panel).
