Folding preferences available?

Over the past couple of weeks I've collected a set of folding behaviors I found very unrpoductive:

- unfolding on commenting

-unfolding when pasting

-unfolding on shift+ctrl up/down of block

I've looked around but can't find a way to avoid them; is their provision to disable such behavior?
