Problem opening Help Topics

Hi
After installing latest EAP I can't open Help Topics . When ever I click Help Topics from menu i get http://i.imgur.com/7YYYs.png error. http://i.imgur.com/7YYYs.png

How I can fix the issue?

Hi there,

I'm seeing similar error message when trying to access any help topic and considering the error message I do not think it's possible to fix it on user side.
