Error renewing
This is what I get (tried 4 times):
"The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."
This happens after I enter my old key in the modal window.

By the way, I resolved this. Turns out the site was emailing the link to upgrade.. Just posting in case anyone else wonders. ;)
