Launchy > Browse Link in PhpStorm

last i could start hard-links from firefox with following trick:

Right Click on Link > Launchy > Browse Link in Explorer

and then PhpStorm automatically starts. With the corrext php-File Right Click on Link > Launchy > Browse Link in Explorer.

for e.g. C:\ZendServer\Apache2\htdocs\doSqlWeb.php goes direcly into phpstorm (from Firefox).

Yet it doesent work.

i tryied genarting xml- with launchy online generater but no sucess.
