"Command line tool support" refresh commands

Is it possible to refresh a file with the framework commands? Currently I remove/add Symfony framework and then restart PhpStorm to get autocompletion of new installed Symfony commands automatically (i do not want to add new commands by hand using  "Open definition in editor").
