PhpStorm remembers a previous CVS commit message

Whenever I commit files, PHP Storm cleverly remembers a previous commit message. However it does not seem to be the last message I committet, but a message from some time back.

This leads me to often to forget to enter a new message, and thus commit things with a completely wrong description - the fault is entirely mine, but one that a simple warning could easily remedy.

Is it possible to make phpstorm always open the commit dialog with the message field empty, and then warn me if I try to commit without entering anything?

I looked in the settings, but havent found any of them to help - but I may have missed an obvious setting somewhere

Pointed me to a support ticket - so now I have to hope that the feature is eventually implemented.
