Opening files from explorer
since the upgrade to phpstorm 3.0 i can't open files from the windows explorer.
In the past versions, i was able to move the file with the mouse into the editor, now it's not possible anymore.
i'm getting the stroked cycle icon (sorry, don't know how to call the icon:D )

What he shows there should solve your issue to opening files except select Autoscroll to Source
Not sure why drag and drop doesn't work. You may want to post your system info for them including Jave type and version.
