Translating PHPStorm user interface

Hello all,

Is it possible to translate the PHPStorm interface? On that matter, is any intellij products translatable?

I like how IntellJ tries to use wording that will help the developer choose the best option.
I think translation will benefit the develioper in the same manner - choosing the appropriate wording and making easy assosiations.

I haven't found a way to do this myself so I've filed a ticket at the tracker:
