How to delete local file or folder?

I have a serious problem.
1) I have created a local project. The project is empty. I do not need to copy all files from a remote server. They are there for 2 gigabytes.
2) I have add a remote server. Make it by default. Select in deployment an automatically upload changed files to the server.
3) On the remote server, select a file in a some directory and click "Download from here".

As a result was created hierarchy of local directories and the downloaded file was apeared in it. At this point everything is OK.

Problem 1. Deleting a local file, the file also deletes on the remote server! How can this be avoided? I do not want to delete files on remote server!
Problem 2. By removing the local directory that contains the file is also deleted the same directory on a remote server and all its contents! Why? Thus, I can easily accidentally delete hundreds of files on a remote server! How can this be avoided?

P.S. Last question. Is there a plug-in, just as is rendering html code in the dreamveaver? So in the dreamweaver, for example, screen is divided in two areas. At the top of the code at the bottom of the compiled code. Clicking on an item in the lower box which installs the cursor to the appropriate location code in the top window.

This is actually by design - to keep server files completely in sync with project files. Can you please submit a request at http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/WI#newissue=yes?

To the best of my knowledge currently there's no plugin that allows jumping from HTML tree to source code. Others please correct me if I'm wrong.

Kirill
