Add an LAF to the available list

Hi All,

I'm wondering if there is any way to add a look and feel to the list available under File / Settings / Appearance / Look and Feel.  I like having the editor space themed dark but the LAF being bright makes it so my eyes constantly have to transition between the bright and dark which can be very tiring.
