name of the menu in the CHANGES panel Follow
Whats the name of the menu that appears on right click in the "Changes" panel?
It has a bunch of stuff in it like:
* commit changes
* revert changes
* move to another changelist
* show diff
* jump to source
* ...
* ...
* ...
* ...
* upload to mysite.com
* upload to ....
But it doesnt have "Download from mysite.com" or "download from...."
Im wanting to add the "deployment" menu to that menu from the settings area, but dont know its name.
Anyone know its name?

but thought if i knew the menu name that i could add the deployment panel to it manually.
