Change file encoding throughout project

Hello friends,

As the title suggests, I have created project in Php Storm, most of the files have encoding window-1252. I want to change all PHP files encoding to UTF-8. Is there a quick option to do this from IDE or I have to do it one by one for each file?

Help if much appreciated.
