Unable to preview web page in Safari

I use WebStorm 1.0.1. When I try to preview a page in Safari browser (5.0) the IDE passes an address like this: file://e:/Work/_Web/JavaScript/WebStorm/P01/DocumentFragment.html to it but Safari can accept only adresses which start from file:/// (three slashes) (at least from the IDE), so that it displays a message that the page cannot be found.

Same problem with Webstorm 2.0. Initialy it works with Safari (on Windows) but after a while the probem reappears (three /'s needed). If I reïnstall Safari it works again, at least for a while.
