Anybody uses cakePHP?

We've started developing php using the cakePHP framework. Our problem is that the PHPStorm is unable to figure out the correct inheritance, given there can be several files and class under the same name, some of them in the application, others in among the core files.

So the autocompletion is pretty much messed up and we lose lots of the good features of PHPStorm.

If anybody is using cakePHP as well, please give us some hints how to set things up!
