PhpStorm 100.36 not start Follow
When I tried to run PhpStorm once again, I have it does not start and hung on the start window.
After several attempts to start it gets.

In 2010-12-22 17:47 it not start.
In 2010-12-22 18:09 it start.

I delete Key promoter plugin and it start now...
