In main menu, please go to Version Control | Browse VCS Repository | Browse Subversion Repository, and context menu from browser contains "Export" action
That's a pretty non-intuitive place for that option. In Eclipse, Export is found in the Subversion menu when you right click a file or folder in the Project explorer. It would be nice if PHPStorm had it there too, so former Eclipse users (like me) can find it more easily.

i cant make this with CVS. How can export my changes with folders.
