100.32...broke something..invalid Inspection Errror..help!

I'm sorry for hammering on issue like this so quickly, but I don't even have a workaround and this completely breaks our process:

There is no way to disable it. That means 40% of our files now show errors that are invalid, making it impossible to find the ones that are. The only choice we have is to downgrade, and due to other major issues with 98.521, that means we are back to 98.458.

Any suggestions?
