Re-enabling javascript code coloring

My IDE crashed the other day and asked to disable javascript support. I accidentally chose to do this and trying to get it enabled again has been a pain. I went in to plugins and re-activated them but since doing that it doesn't seem to highlight any of my javascript code. This happens in both stable 1.0.2 and beta 98.145.

Any suggestions how to get this turned on and working again? Thanks.
