Gnome: PhpStorm not on window list Follow

Gnome 2.30.2
PhpStorm occasionally loses his spot on the window list of a gnome panel.
It just disappears. The programm is still running and PhpStorm can be accessed via
the Alt+TAB task switcher.
After restore and maximize the windows appears again on the list.
Any help?

Well, we're aware of multiple Linux-specific UI problems and constantly working the user experience.
However currently we're unable to provide you with fix or workaround on this particular bug except the generic "ensure that you're using the latest Sun (now Oracle) JDK"
