Hard-Lockups

I've been using the PHPStorm 2.0 EAP version for about a week now, and since upgrading them I've been having TONS of hard lockups. I have to kill the process because it becomes completely unresponsive. It seems related to syntax highlighting, but I can't tell for sure. I just installed 98.21 yesterday, but it's still happening. I've disabled all non-bundled plugins, and even exra plugins not associated with PHP, but it's still happening. Anyone else having similar issues?
