How do I disable the browser tool-tip that appears sometimes?

Often I see a tool-tip on the top-right corner of my editor, letting me open the current page in several browsers.
Because I use a framework which utilizes "routing" from one main dispatcher, the urls are different from filenames.

How do I disable it? Searched through the configuration but couldn't find it.
