Dependency Window?

I was interested in what Web IDE does for dependency analysis for PHP, but couldn't get to that window - its grayed out.  Should that be working?  Is there a trick to it?  I scoured the blog and forum but didn't see anything.  I tried doing a code analysis to see if that kicked it, but no luck.
