How to change default DOCTYPE

How do you change the default DOCTYPE that shows up when you create a new html/xhtml file? I want to use the strict DTDs, but they default to the transitional. When I click 'Edit File Templates...', only the php/xslt templates are listed on the dialog that shows up. Where are the html/xhtml templates?

Thank you for your response. I suppose one work-around for now would be to just create new templates.

I'm looking forward to the final release, so far Web IDE is great!
