Here's the problem. All our java files use svn's svn:eol-style=native property set (one of 'special' svn props).
That guarantees one never screws up newlines on different platforms. However, this nagging yellow tab keeps reporting the file is outdated, though I'm using the latest version, and even no local changes present.
Clicking on the Show Diff in this yellow tab just displays an alert 'Contents have differences only in line separators'. Not helpful...
I think it happens only if eol-style native is used, as subversion client transparently converts newlines to native when fetching from the SVN repo.
