SOLVED: Can I "transfer" a File Type from pyCharm to Clion?

In addition to Clion, I have a PyCharm license and it turns out that it supports many more File Types than Clion. In particular, Clion does not recognize RestructuredText (*.rst) while PyCharm does. Is there a way to fetch the File Type settings for the RestructuredText  from PyCharm files and "paste" it in Clion?
