Alt-Enter Import Must

The "Show Intentions" popup did not suggest to me nor when it is a Java class with unique name, it will import the classes after I pressed Alt-Enter. Using IC-144.3143.6, the options available depended on the location of the cursor. Is there a setting where I could make it what it used to be where it imports the class or suggest the classes without the cursor positioned to the class to import? Thanks
