Ctrl+Home, Ctrl+End, Ctrl+Right/Left - only selecting text... it's not correct!

Answered

Hi

When I'm press Ctrl + Home/End - I expect move caret to start/end of file.

But IDE only select current line start or end

In KeyShortcuts - "move caret to start/end of text" - Ctrl+Home/End

Whats wrong?

And when I'm press Ctrl+Left, I expect than cursor jump throw words. But it only selecting text by 1 symbols...

PS:

на русском может понятнее будет...

в иде в сочетаниях написано что ктрл+хоум идет в конец текста. а у меня зачем-то выделяется строчка

при контрол-влево я ожидаю что курсор будет прыгать по словам, а он выделяет зачем-то

Thanks for the information. PhpStorm is java-based app so x-neural switcher's hotkeys seems to be having higher priority over java apps.

Thanks for that, links have changed, here's new one: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241135-How-to-follow-YouTrack-issues-and-receive-notifications

Yup, some issues are rather old: their resolution got delayed by more important ones. So please vote for this one to move it up in a queue.
