Unknown macro $PROJECT_CONFIG_DIR$ exception

Last version of my Perl5 plugin release brought new kind of exceptions. From different versions:

Build: IU-143.1821

Build: IU-141.3056

I couldn't reproduce them with IDEA 14 or 15. And it's possible that it's platform problem of these builds. But, is it possible to do something in my plugin to avoid this? Couldn't locate the problem. Here are automatic reports:
