sei missing error or couldnot able to create jax-ws first project using ubuntu 15.04 and intellij 15

hii 

i am using ubuntu 15.04 and intellij 15 i am new to web services and i want to generate binding classes using ws-gen tool of jax-ws ri implmentation . everytime i am passing sei implementation class to wsgen tool it is logging SEI missing or Classnotfound exception.
