Create new project templates

 I would really appreciate the ability to add new templates to the "Create New Project" wizard.

Specifically, I usually create non-storyboard projects so the first thing I do is remove all the stuff I don't need and add in some stuff that I always need. It would be nice to be able to shortcut this process with a template.
