How can i detect sdk paths from my plugin?

I want to detect JDK and Android SDK paths in my plugin..

I spend so much time for this, I realized that there is a MANAGER for managing SDK's...

How can i list-up SDK's and JDKs, and how to detect that paths are changed?

(It WAS stored at *PropertiesComponent* in the past, but recently these are changed to something like manager)
