File watcher 'Babel" warning after javascript 6 turn on

I use webStorm for my meteor app developing, I changed javascript version under Languages & Frameworks > JavaScript to ECMAScript 6.
Now I get a green background label in the top of the screen saying:
"File watcher 'Babel' is available for this file. Description: 'Transpiles ECMAScript 6 code to ECMAScript 5' then gives 2 options [Add watcher Dismiss]

What should I do and why? and what will happens?

Thanks

WebStorm just offers you a possibility to set up Babel as a file watcher for your ES6 files, to transpile ES6 to pure javascript once the code changes. See https://www.jetbrains.com/webstorm/help/file-watchers.html, http://blog.jetbrains.com/webstorm/2015/05/ecmascript-6-in-webstorm-transpiling/

If you don't like using file watcher, just click Dismiss to not see this prompt anymore
