Inspections failing with "Error: Cannot find module 'eslint-config-standard'"

I'm trying to use standardjs.com eslint'ing in my project.  I have a .eslintrc in my root that declares that it extends "standard" (as described at http://standardjs.com/webstorm.html).

When I run inspections on a custom scope that includes everything except directory node_modules, I get errors in the resultant Inspection Results window under "Code quality tools"/"ESLint".  The text is "Failed to run ESLint" and if I click on "Details" under "Problem Resolution" in the right hand pane, it shows the root cause of the error to be "Error: Cannot find module 'eslint-config-standard'".

How do I fix?

Works fine for me. Did you install eslint, eslint-config-standard, eslint-plugin-standard and eslint-plugin-promise locally or globally? What .eslintrc did you modify - is it local or global? Also, what ESLint package is chosen in Settings > Languages & Frameworks > JavaScript > Code Quality Tools > ESLint?
