When is the next EAP coming?

"Yes, EAP for 2016.1 is over. When we have enough new features for 2016.2, the new EAP will start, may take a month or more."

Now that "or more" has passed, do you have the new EAP in line of sight?
Would it be possible to put an estimated EAP availability date on https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/EAP or the possibly too-early created https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+2016.2+EAP?

Previously (prior to the new release structure) the EAP builds came almost every week. Even after releasing a major version the next version was already being developed in parallel, so the next EAP came 1-2 weeks after that major release. I suspect this parallel track is true this time as well from "fixed in" fields in YouTrack. Did this silently change with the new release structure?

Why do you need "enough new features"? Is the built so unstable that it doesn't even qualify for EAP?

2016.2 EAP should start in a couple of weeks from now.
