describe command in Oracle doesn't work in Datagrip 2016.1

There have been multiple threads about the Describe Oracle command but it appears that there hasn't been a resolution/solution. 

 

How can I execute the describe command in Datagrip

an example from the oracle site: 

DESCRIBE EMP_DETAILS_VIEW

You cannot execute such a command in Datagrip despite having the dialect recognized as Oracle SQL*Plus

If we have SQL*Plus capabilities with another IDE is it possible to find the necessary files and somehow give Datagrip SQLplus functionality?

No, it should be implemented in DataGrip.
