Repeat command in Debug Console

Maybe I'm imagining things, but I'm 99% sure that prior to the recent update, pressing the UP key in the Debug Console would duplicate the previously-entered command (similar to the way it works in bash). This is no longer working.

If I am imagining things and this was never a feature, then please consider this a feature request.
