Problem about Jupyter Notebook.

I want to use Jupyter notebook for Data Analysis. When I follow the guide which is provided by jetbrains in

First,My working environment is Ubunutu I have install all the package:

 Second, when I just when to test it like this:

I get the error message:

Could you please tell me a version of your notebook package?

Also, we have an issue dedicated to the second problem https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-19610 and we are planning to fix it as soon as possible.

I fixed a problem similar to this by—I think—closing PyCharm, manually updating all of the packages using pip (inside the virtualenv, of course) and starting PyCharm again.
