cannot jump anymore to declaration

 Since I reinstalled phpstorm i cannot jump to declaration of smary or php methods.

normally I mark it with the cursor and click SHIFT (I am not sure anymore. maybe STRG :-) to jump to the declaration.

But this does not work anymore.

If I deactivate PHP Toolbox any PHP Annotiations I got the message "Cannot find the declaration."

I am working on shopware and need this option.
