Uneditable code style settings for Java in 14.1.5

Answered

Hi, I just installed IntelliJ IDEA 14.1.5 (I know it's not the most recent - it's what my colleague is using, I may upgrade to the current version) and I'm trying to configure the code style for Java the way I like. A LOT of the settings under Wrapping and Braces are fixed and not editable, with "End of line" for Braces placement (a huge pet peave of mine) and "Do not wrap" for almost all of the other setting nodes (except Enum constants, Method annotations, and Field annotations, which are "Wrap always").

How can I enable editing of these settings?

Thanks,

It's the same if I set the scheme to Default instead of Project.

You can edit every setting, why do you think that they are not editable/locked? Just click on the choice like "Do not wrap" to change it.

Never mind.

I'm not accustomed to an editable field just being plain text with no field box around it.  Especially when I see checkboxes all down the page.

It never occurred to me to simply click on the text itself.
