32 GB ram, 2 TB storage, i5 11th gen.
VS2022 Pro installed with usual dev stuff and Rider runs flawlessly. I get this far:
This is after you select the remote Linux folder to open i.e. where the rails app lives and its just an open source GOV UK Rails project.

This message usually means that the remote IDE EAP build is expired. Please try installing the new release on the backend machine.
